Car collides into young girls and leaves them injured

Paramedics
attended to an accident scene whereby two girls were injured one
critically.
This is after a
vehicle collided with them along Jack Castle Drive in Newlands West late last
night.
The two girls
are six and three-years-old.
The exact
details of the cause of the accident will remain a subject for a police
investigation.

Spokesperson Chris Bothan said that the little girls was walking along side the
road when they were strung by a motor car.
“The six year
old girl is in a very critical condition and had to be placed on a ventilator
at the scene and the three year old had sustained serious injuries,” added
Botha.
He also added
that they were both treated on scene, stabalized and then taken thorugh to
various hospitals for further medical care.
